Life Illuminated is a new solo exhibition by artist Kelsey Worth, presented through the Solana Beach City Hall Gallery Program—a public initiative that offers complimentary, high-visibility exhibition space to local artists.

The exhibition features a collection of ink-wash studies, acrylic-ink paintings, wildlife watercolors, and cosmic interpretations of fauna. Drawing inspiration from illuminated manuscripts, Worth’s work positions nature as something worthy of reverence and close attention. Through the expressive use of light, color, and contrast, the pieces shift between representation and abstraction, creating a contemplative experience that reflects the resilience and fragility of the natural world.

About the Gallery

The Solana Beach City Hall Gallery hosts six rotating exhibitions annually, showcasing a wide range of artistic media. The gallery is open to the public during City Hall business hours and during opening receptions.
